Greetings all, we are back from the great Bok Tower, Lake Wales Fall Plant sale last weekend, and headed back to our home base of Saturday Morning Market, downtown St. Pete this weekend - and it's going to be glorious weather !
One of the special items we are bringing this weekend are Hot Pepper plants - ala Jalepeno, yummmm.
Fall is a great time to get new herbs, veggies and fruits started as our weather cools, the humidity is lower and these type of plants thrive this time of year.
Also this weekend, we will a new assortment of great plants for shade outside, and for use as house and office plants - Ferns, Anthuriums, Spiral Ginger, White Ixora and much more.
One of the timely plants for the month of October is the Bat Plant - a very cool looking bloom, that is perfect to help celebrate Fall and Halloween time.
Our butterflies are happy as we have a great assortment of Passion Flower Vines - Lady Margaret, Alata Cerulla & Quadrangularis. Note: Our Purple Possem edible passion flower vines are still small, but growing and they will be available soon.
Fresh Mini Succulents & Cacti will be abounding, along with gorgeous South American Air Plants.
So, come on out and enjoy a beautiful day in downtown St. Pete as we celebrate our first real cool front of the season !
