Just in time for one of our favorite Spring Plant Sale and Market this weekend, our favorite Tropical Hollyhock is back and in bud and blooms..right now we have the gorgeous deep rose-purple in 8" containers.
This weekend, Tropiflora Nursery down in Sarasota, holds it's annual Spring Sale, where all of their nursery product is on sale, plus they invite 20 plus vendor friends to set up as well.
The sale runs Friday, 8am -5pm
Saturday 8am-5pm, and
Sunday, 10am-3pm
Parking and entrance is free, there's live music, food and great ambiance. Check out Tropiflora.com for address and details, but it's a quick 45 minute jaunt down the interstate from the Tampa Bay area. You will find lots of great spring and summer plants as well as rare and unusual tropicals from us and others. Hope you can join us !
Last weekend, Saturday Morning Market was back in action at Al Lang Field after the Grand Prix Race wrapped up. The organizers and the City of St. Pete crews did an amazing job of getting the lot cleaned out in time for Market day, so we are deeply in their debt for their hard work.
As well as Tropiflora, we will be set up at Sat. Morning Market this weekend, and remember Market hours are 9am-2pm, and the early bird gets the worm for the best buys early !
