Chistmas Time at Market

Happy Holidays All !

Hard to believe that the Holidays are upon us so fast, and soon, a New Year, to celebrate !

This coming Saturday, Dec. 21st, is the last Saturday Morning Market day to get those last minute gifts of love and plants for your friends, families, co-workers and don't forget lovely neighbors and extended tribe members that bring such joy to us all year long.

Yes, we still have some lovely Christmas Cactus, in bud and bloom.  This seems like the 3rd year in a row, that these Holiday Cactus's have been a bit slow to bloom, but bammb..they just started exploding.

Home/Office/Dorm foliage requests have exploded this season, and it's the perfect time to buy one for yourself or others. Despite any gloomy cold weather we may experience the next few months, indoor foliage is the perfect way to "garden" during this time. All our specimens are selected for their hardiness and ease of care, and there are so many colors, textures and variegation to enjoy.

Our Baby Groot planters continue to be a huge winner with our customers. Typically, we plant "Haworthia" Zebra Stripes in them, which are known for their extreme hardiness, but you can choose whatever succulent or cacti to fill their heads and make a "crazy hair day" statement.

We were lucky this Fall season to find some gorgeous String of Pearls from a grower friend and they love this time of year of cooler weather, and low maintenance on the water wise.

We even finally found the rare and elusive String of Dolphins which are so unique !

Along with the hundreds of mini succulents and cacti that we bring to market each week, December is the time for the "Tiger Jaw" to shine.  They bloom heavily this time of year and again, are so easy to take care of.  Being an afternoon/evening bloomer, they will close and reopen for 3-4 days, then start producing babies around them, for the next heavy blooming cycle of Spring.

All of this and more will be at Market this weekend, and we include FREE Holiday Bag wrapping with every purchase !

So, come on down to Market, finish your Holiday shopping and enjoy the weekend !

Don't forget, if you can't make market, and you need a last minute gift, we are local and you can reach us anytime !
