Green Thumb Festival time is here !

Today is an exciting day, we get to start setting up for the big Green Thumb Festival, here in St. Pete, this weekend.  Mitch and I have been working like mad to bring together the best assortment of Exotic Tropicals, Butterfly lover perennials and Passion Vines, (yes, we will have tons of Milkweed), and we have some truly spectacular rare specials that will bring joy to any gardeners life!  We were hoping to have a list of plants to post, but alas, the amount just started to grow and grow and grow, and we can promise you that we will have hundreds of different variety of plants and you are sure to find something you love.

Friday, all day, Walter Fuller Park will be abuzz with over 100 vendors setting up their booths, and getting ready for the big crowd that will descend upon us on Saturday and Sunday.

You can check our previous blog for all the info, but here it is again, in quick form:

Sat. and Sunday, 9am to 4 pm (though crowds start coming at 8am and will be still be meandering around at 6pm )

Bring your carts ! Lots of free parking all around, food and family programs, plant auctions and givaways, large playground for the kids to run around in, plenty of shade trees to relax under.

You will find many of your favorite St. Pete Saturday Morning market vendors there, such as Linda Taylor's Its Our Nature, the Schrameks of Tropical Glass, Wes Art colorful metal garden art, Bob Bradley Adirondak Chairs, Deb Thompson edibles, plus many fabulous plant people from around the state.

Look for us in booths 65-70, at the north end of the park, right along the 80th street roadway, approximately across from 29th avenue north.

You can't miss our booth, just look for the colorful Hollyhocks that frame our front !

We hope to see you there !  And, if you can't make it until Sunday, don't worry, everyone restocks Saturday night (we constantly restock all day during the show), so there will still be a great selection all weekend.

Lets go, Lets Green thumb it !
