Happy New Years all !!
We are very excited about the new year and all the great possibilities that will be happening for our business and our lives, and we wish all our followers a very happy, prosperous New Year in your own lives !
We are starting the New Year with a bang and will be down in Punta Gorda this coming weekend to set up for a 3 day show in Gilchrest Park, right on the Intercoastal just off of historic downtown Punta Gorda. The show features many fine artisans and we will be bringing a great selection of our Rare and Unusual Exotic Tropicals to our set up. If you are in the area, google Ghilcrest park to find the event, plenty of free parking, free admittance, entertainment and food offerings. The show runs Friday through Sunday.
Punta Gorda is one of our favorite little cities in Florida and the area is gorgeous and the people are always so welcoming. This is the same place we set up for the Hibiscus Festival in the summer which we have set up at for many years, so its' always like a little homecoming.
Since we are away for the weekend, we will be out of Sat. Morning Market in downtown St. Pete on Sat. and Hyde Park market in Tampa on Sunday, but we hope you continue to support your local community markets even when we aren't there !
We will be back in our usual spots the following weekend and we are excited, because..........
Tropical HOLLYHOCKS are coming !! Depending on the weather and Mother Earth, it should be very soon when our first Hollyhock Crop of the season makes their gorgeous appearances at markets so keep close tabs on us for all the latest news !
