Upcoming Plant Events !

Greetings all, we are gearing up for an exciting Fall plant season, so check these out, put them on your calendars and look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Tropiflora Nursery Fall Plant Fest, Sarasota FL www.tropiflora.com
Fri. Oct 1, Sat Oct 2nd, Sun Oct 3rd
This is their big Fall show that highlights their own nursery plus 20 of their fellow plant vendor friends, all having their specialities, our being one of them ! If you have never been to do this nursery, we highly recommend you coming down for the show, it is well worth the drive. Tropiflora always has great sales on their own inventory, plus you get to see 2o other specialized plant vendors all in the same place!

Saturday Morning Market, St. Pete FL www.saturdaymorningmarket.com
Sat. Oct. 2nd 9am-2pm
The market begins it's 9th season as one of the biggest daily markets around ! The market runs every Sat. through the end of May, 2011.
We, along with some 120 plus vendors will all be there to welcome our loyal customers back for another great season. If you are traveling from afar, recommend to bring a cooler, as not only is there great foods to be eaten at market, you will find tons of great stuff you will want to bring home! With a wide variety of produce vendors (regular and organic), speciality foods, arts & crafts and Plants, there is something for everyone. Live music, a large seating area and other entertainment makes this one of the most fun markets to visit in the area!

Bok Tower Garden Boktoberfest Plant Sale Sat. Oct. 16th www.boktoberfest.com
This is our first time participating in this event over in lovely Lake Wales at this historic site. It is only a one-day show but will have a hundred booths of plants vendors, educational booths, plant societies etc. We had heard great things about this event from last year, and they are expecting a 10,000 turnout, so should be a lot of fun to be part of the festivities!

Mt. Dora Botanical Show Sat & Sun Nov. 6th and 7th
Always one of our favorite shows to do as this little town is just a gem to visit. The show is in a lovely park right on the lake front, featuring 100 of the best plant vendors around. The town itself hosts many special antique and gift stores and yummy restaurants.

Other Market Happenings:
Right now, beside us being at Sat. Morning Market in St. Pete, we are slated to participate in Seminole Heights Market, Tampa, on Sun. Oct 10th. We are also in the process of appearing at the Corey Avenue Sunday Morning Market the latter part of October, and the Safety Harbor Thursday Morning Market....stay tuned to our blog for exact dates coming up on those !

Lastly, we have a few other small events and yard sales that we are working on for the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned to see our postings on confirming those !
