Hello all, well, do to having so much damage at the nursery, we are very limited on what we have available right now, so we will NOT be doing the St. Pete Saturday Morning Market tomorrow Sat. Jan 16th, and will concentrate our efforts and product at the 3-day Tarpon Springs Show this weekend.
The show is located right on the sponge docks of Tarpon Springs so guarantee it will be fun for you to come out for the event plus check out the local shops.
We are very sorry not to have presence at St. Pete Market for so long, the weather and events have taken their toll on us and so many other nursery people and we look forward to returning there soon.
As many of you know, the plants we bring to any event are ones that we grow ourselves, as well as plants from other specialty nurseries. In this especially challenging time right now, we are pleased to have specimens from 2 very special fellow plant growers, who are also going through very hard times, so we are all trying to help each other. By supporting us, you also support them, so we appreciate your support to us as well as those near and dear to us.
We hope that the recent weather does not deter customers from buying plants now..all our plants can be kept in the nursery pots and easily protected if you want to wait until early March to plant in-ground. Many of the plants we have now, may not be available in the Spring time, so if you are looking for, or see, a plant that you particularly want, get it while you can !
Meanwhile, keep your gardens well watered and resist the urge to trim back too much now. We most likely only have about 6 more weeks when we might get some real cold weather again, so sooner than you know it, Spring will be here!
