Sweet smells for Markets this weekend!

Wow, heading up to St. Pete on this Friday night after making the rounds of our nurseries and others, we parked and opened the trailer doors to an amazing shock of scrumptious aromas Night Blooming Jasmine, Star Jasmine, Citronella, Spearmint and more filled the air and we just wanted to sit there and enjoy it...alas, had more to pack on the trailer and get ready for our markets this weekend.

After weeks of gorgeous weather, it's turned a bit cooler, but the plants are holding up amazingly well and blooming and thriving.  We have a lot of new stock ready this week, including the soft, sweet Chenille Plant

This sun loving plant is great as a ground cover, or in an upright container and even better in a hanging basket. It blooms most of the year, and the blooms are baby-bottom soft !

New this week also, French Lavender, Red Pentas, Pansies, Cigar Plant, Mexican sage, Confetti Joseph Coat and some of the most gorgeous Sweet Almond bushes that we have ever had.

We have been selling a ton of herbs, but still have gorgeous Rosemary, Cilantro, Oregano, Thyme and Strawberry plants.  Remember, Rosemary is not only a great all-around Herb to use, but it makes a great, cold-hardy landscape plant.

We are restocked back up on our rare collection of Tilansias (Air Plants) and our popular "Mini" Plants.

Also, after a 3 week drought, we are stocked back up on Aunt Mary's Cedar Birdhouses !!!

This weekend, on Sunday, marks our return to the Tarpon Springs Sunday Market, which we have been away from for a while. Our hopes is to continue to be at, and support both the Tarpon Market as well as the new downtown Tampa Sunday Market, so we will be alternating.  If you haven't been to the Tarpon Market, it's a great community market located just 5 minutes south of the Sponge Docks, at the corner of Alt19 and Tarpon Avenue. Plenty of free parking close by, and close to many other cool things to do in Tarpon.
